In his professional field, Steven holds a post graduate advanced diploma in training and development which complements his most recent seven year appointment as a senior Human Resources Business Partner to one of the largest government departments in Whitehall. His expertise spans beyond government, such as his contribution to Pricewaterhouse Coopers commission to design and implement a Human Resources Business Partner model for the Northern Ireland Civil Service. His professional profile is backed with 32 years of extensive generalist HR experience as a leader, manager and administrator in the public sector. Steven has navigated the business realities of delivery, improvement and change within numerous public and charity status organisations.
