Lemon Dot HR Consultancy Limited has adopted and is bound by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Code of Professional Conduct.


The CIPD is the professional association specialising in the management and development of people for the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.


The purpose of the Code of Professional Conduct requires that all members should be concerned with the maintenance of good practice within the profession and must commit themselves to the Code of Professional Conduct which sets out the standards of professional conduct to which members must adhere. The Code includes a procedure to deal with any complaints arising.


It is the aim of Lemon Dot HR Consultancy to employ and contract with people (such as associates) who are CIPD members. However, non-members are expected to uphold the principles of the Code (where possible) as if they are members.
